A professional writer and editor, Elizabeth Thompson has over ten years experience in corporate communications and creative writing with additional skills in photography, web and graphic design.
Thompson's screenplay, Secret Lasso, placed as a Quarterfinalist in the Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting Competition, a national competition sponsored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Additionally, she has written other screenplays and fiction and critiqued screenplays written by fellow writers.

Thompson's online trade papers and newsletter articles have focused on business management techniques and cutting-edge tools and technology.
She has written and edited materials for Credit Union National Association (CUNA), the leading national trade organization for credit unions, and for the CUNA Councils, a group of over 5,000 credit union management personnel including CEOs, COOs and CFOs.
She has also assisted other entities with reports, manuscript preparation, editing, background research and supplemental visuals.
Thompson's photography has been displayed in group exhibits at PhotoMidwest, the Madison Children's Museum, the Oakwood Village Gallery, the Pyle Center, the Doyle Administrative Building, the Center for Photography at Madison and UW-Hospital.
Her nature photos have been featured in the Pheasant Branch Conservancy Phenology Calendar (2008-2010). She is a former member of the Center for Photography at Madison now known as PhotoMidwest.
